Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh beets 450g; scrubbed, tops and roots trimmed
  • 4 small carrots or 2 large carrots; about 200g total; scrubbed or peeled if preferred
  • 4 navel oranges peeled

Instructions

  • Wash the beets and carrots thoroughly. Trim the tops and ends from both. If desired, peel the carrots for a sweeter flavor. Peel the oranges completely, removing any white pith if it’s thick.
  • Add the beets, carrots, and oranges to your juicer, alternating between ingredients for best extraction.
  • Stir the juice to combine. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrients.
