These chewy bliss balls are naturally sweetened with maple syrup and packed with oats, seeds, and cranberries - a quick, wholesome snack to power your week.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup nut butter almond, peanut, or cashew
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or agave syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut shredded
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pepitas pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries chopped if large
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp salt a pinch

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until the mixture sticks together.
  • Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to help the flax/chia absorb moisture.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Chill for 20 minutes to firm up. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
