Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen mango pieces 910g
  • ¼ cup maple syrup 78g
  • 2 limes juiced 60ml

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine the frozen mango, maple syrup, and lime juice. Blend for about 5 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the blended mango mixture to a deep baking sheet or freezer-safe container. Spread it evenly and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  • Once frozen, scoop and serve like ice cream. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes if too hard to scoop straight from the freezer.
