- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar Or use balsamic glaze for a sweeter version; approx. 60g
- ¼ cup fresh parsley Finely chopped; approx. 15g
- 2 tbsp olives Finely chopped; approx. 16g
- 2 tbsp marinated artichokes Finely chopped; approx. 20g
- 1 clove garlic Minced; approx. 3g
- ¼ tsp sumac Optional
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ⅛ tsp salt Approx. 0.75g
- ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes Optional; approx. 0.2g
- crusty bread sliced; for serving
In a small bowl or shallow dish, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, olives, marinated artichokes, and garlic.
Add the sumac, oregano, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine.
Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes so the flavors can meld.
Serve with crusty sliced bread for dipping.
