Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil Approx. 108g
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar Or use balsamic glaze for a sweeter version; approx. 60g
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley Finely chopped; approx. 15g
  • 2 tbsp olives Finely chopped; approx. 16g
  • 2 tbsp marinated artichokes Finely chopped; approx. 20g
  • 1 clove garlic Minced; approx. 3g
  • ¼ tsp sumac Optional
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • tsp salt Approx. 0.75g
  • tsp red pepper flakes Optional; approx. 0.2g
  • crusty bread sliced; for serving

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or shallow dish, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, olives, marinated artichokes, and garlic.
  • Add the sumac, oregano, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine.
  • Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes so the flavors can meld.
  • Serve with crusty sliced bread for dipping.
