Ingredients

  • 2 medium frozen banana chopped into chunks
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk I use soy milk, but any milk works.
  • ½ cup plain plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until thick and creamy.
  • Pour into large glass, garnish with a drizzle of peanut butter, a few oats and light sprinkle of cinnamon.
