- 2 medium frozen bananas
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup soy milk or any plant-based milk
- ½ cup plain plant-based yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Add frozen bananas, oats, milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon, and protein powder (if using) to a blender.
Blend until thick and creamy.
Pour into large glass, garnish with a drizzle of peanut butter, a few oats and light sprinkle of cinnamon.
