Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup coconut milk from a carton, not a can, 345g
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 170g
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks 140g
  • 1 frozen banana 120g
  • 1 lime juiced, 30g
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Break the frozen banana into a few chunks and add it to your blender.
  • Add the frozen mango, pineapple, lime juice, and coconut milk.
  • Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes, or until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges, if desired.
