- 1.5 cup coconut milk from a carton, not a can, 345g
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 170g
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks 140g
- 1 frozen banana 120g
- 1 lime juiced, 30g
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Lime wedges for garnish (optional)
Break the frozen banana into a few chunks and add it to your blender.
Add the frozen mango, pineapple, lime juice, and coconut milk.
Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes, or until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges, if desired.
