Ingredients

  • 3 ripe pears diced
  • 3 apples diced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, depending on fruit sweetness
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Crumble topping:

  • cups rolled oats 225g
  • ¼ cup nut butter almond, peanut, or cashew
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 large ripe banana mashed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C). In a baking dish, toss the chopped pears and apples with the chia seeds, maple syrup (if using), and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Mix oats, nut butter, maple syrup, seeds, salt, and banana in a bowl until fully combined.
  • Spread crumble topping evenly over the fruit.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and fruit is soft and bubbling.
  • Serve warm or cold, with plant-based yogurt
