- 3 ripe pears diced
- 3 apples diced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, depending on fruit sweetness
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Crumble topping:
- 2ยฝ cups rolled oats 225g
- ยผ cup nut butter almond, peanut, or cashew
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- ยฝ tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of salt
- 1 large ripe banana mashed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 360ยฐF (180ยฐC). In a baking dish, toss the chopped pears and apples with the chia seeds, maple syrup (if using), and cinnamon until well combined.
- Mix oats, nut butter, maple syrup, seeds, salt, and banana in a bowl until fully combined.
