Instructions
Alright, let me show you how to whip up these spicy hummus air fryer potatoes—trust me, they’re so easy! All the exact times, temperatures, and measurements in the recipe card below
Step one: Chop your potatoes into chunks that’re about the same size. It just helps them cook evenly.
Step two: Toss potatos salted boiling water until they’re just tender. Don’t overcook it or they’ll turn to mush.
Step three: Drain, drizzle with a little oil, then pop ’em in the air fryer until they’re golden and crispy.
Step four: While that’s going on, mix up your hummus dressing—just hummus, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sriracha, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Step five: When the potatoes are crispy and ready, toss ’em with the dressing, sprinkle on some spring onions, and you’re good to go.
