Ingredients
Strawberry Chia Pudding Mousse
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cup plant based milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
To serve
- plant based yoghurt
- fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Add an extra splash of milk if the mixture becomes too thick. Transfer into 4 individual jars for each serve.
- Chill, covered, in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours). These will keep well for about 5 days.
- To serve, top with yoghurt and fresh strawberries.
