Ingredients
Chia Mousse
- 1 cup frozen strawberries approx. 140g
- 2 cups plant-based milk unsweetened, e.g., almond or soy; approx. 480g
- ½ cup chia seeds approx. 74g
- ¼ cup agave syrup approx. 84g
To serve
- plant-based yogurt to serve; any variety or flavor (optional)
- fresh strawberries sliced or whole, to serve (optional)
Instructions
- Add the frozen strawberries, plant-based milk, chia seeds, and agave syrup to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture becomes too thick to blend, add an extra splash of milk.
- Divide the mixture evenly between 4 small jars or airtight containers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Top with plant-based yogurt and fresh strawberries, if using. Enjoy chilled.
